Refunds & Returns

Contact us first

Email theteam@chaincurtain.store with your order number, the product and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Obtain the return instructions before posting anything: goods must return to the warehouse they came from, which may differ from our administration address.

Voluntary returns

Eligible unopened, regular-price items may be returned within 15 days of purchase with proof of purchase. A $29 handling deduction and return shipping apply to voluntary returns. Discounted or sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not limited by these conditions.

To qualify, goods must be unopened in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation for this store. We cannot accept returns for purchases from unrelated retailers. Contact us within the stated period to arrange an eligible exchange or refund.

Refund processing

After receiving an eligible return, we process the refund within 24 to 48 hours using the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show it. Store credit is used only if you request it.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact us within 12 hours of payment if you need to change or cancel your order. An ordinary customer-requested cancellation before packing or dispatch is subject to the existing 12.5% service and processing fee. Once packing or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Problems with an order

Tell us promptly if your product arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or different from its description. Include your order number and photographs where useful. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. Sale status, voluntary-return deductions and ordinary cancellation fees do not restrict remedies or full refunds required by applicable law.
