Delivery across the USA

Standard delivery is free on orders of $60 or more after discounts. Below $60, delivery costs $22. Express delivery is available for $22 at every order value, including orders that qualify for free standard delivery.

Handling and transit times

Allow 24 to 48 hours for order handling and processing, followed by an estimated 5 to 7 days for delivery. Transit time varies by location. Express uses the faster available service after the same handling period; an exact arrival date is not guaranteed.

Tracking and split shipments

We email your tracking number after dispatch. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages for logistical reasons. Use our order tracking page to follow a dispatched parcel.

Unexpected delays

If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will tell you the revised shipping date and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund. These delay cancellations are not subject to our ordinary cancellation fee.
