Who we are

Chain Curtain Company at chaincurtain.store is a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Our US administration address is 17 State Street, New York, NY 10004. This is not a retail showroom or an automatic returns address. Contact theteam@chaincurtain.store for support.

Products and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Product pages describe the item, available options and quantity supplied. The stock chain curtain is 90cm wide and 210cm high in black or silver. Custom requirements need a separate confirmed quotation. Please check the dimensions and selection before ordering.

The total shown at checkout includes the selected delivery charge and any accepted discount. The current store does not add a separate tax charge. We may correct genuine errors and will contact you if an error affects an order; we will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Ordering and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Card payments are processed through Stripe, with PayPal also available when enabled. An order is recorded after the payment provider confirms payment. A rejected or incomplete payment is not confirmation that an order has been accepted.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our shipping policy and refunds and returns policy explain delivery rates, timing, the 15-day voluntary return conditions, $29 handling deduction and 12.5% ordinary cancellation fee. Required legal remedies and delivery-delay refunds are unaffected.

Using products and this website

Follow the instructions supplied with the product. A chain curtain is a decorative, permeable screen, not a security door or sealed insect barrier. It is not fire rated. Keep electrical grids away from skin, children, pets and water. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or copy protected content without permission.

Consumer rights and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to theteam@chaincurtain.store.
